Gentle Flow with Soul Work - this practice is perfect for those wanting a slow and soothing flow. This class is perfect for beginers who are new to the yoga life. Lea from LoveJoy Road will be guiding you through a flow that will Move the Body, Still the Mind, and Restore the Soul. Each week their will be a new intention to be set.

Mommy and Me Yoga - We know that being a parent is the most important job you will ever have. It is unbelievably rewarding, amazing and breathtaking, but it can also be exhausting, stressful and, at times, lonely! As a parent it is important to make connections with other moms or dads and continue to feel like part of a community. A great way to do that is through Mommy and Me classes and programs!

Friday Flow - This Gentle Flow will decompress you from the work week by moving the body and rechrging the mind! All levels are welcome to participate in mindful poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.
