At Prima Elements Wellness Center, our yoga programs are designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, we provide a welcoming space to deepen your practice, find balance, and cultivate inner peace. We integrate traditional yoga techniques with modern wellness practices, focusing on mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic healing. Our private and semi-private classes promote mobility, strength, and relaxation while supporting your overall well-being.

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all who enter the studio room. We want you to feel seen and supported matter your level fitness, experience, age, gender, or body composition.

Policies

By signing up for a class, you agree to the following Policies.

Cancellation Policy

Prima Elements runs on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes to your booked session, please do so 24-hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

Our goal is to be a reliable business but not put our staff or clients in a compromising situation.

Canceling:

  • Any classes 5am- 8am. Decision will be made the night before by 9pm.

  • Any classes at 8:30am will be decided 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

  • Prima Elements will be contacting you via email if there is a class cancellation due to inclement weather. Please update your email and cell/home phone information. Postings will also be made

  • In the event that there are electrical outages in the area. Please provide a cell phone number.

  • You will NOT be charged for any canceled classes that we cancel due to inclement weather. You will be automatically ‘early’ canceled in the system. If YOU choose to cancel in less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for that class. See cancellation policy above.

Do yourself, your fellow students, and your instructor a solid by showing up before class starts. Entering after a session has already started can be disruptive, and you risk getting locked out. Arrive at least five minutes before class (15 minutes if it’s your first visit) to allow yourself time to get situated.

If you’re going to be late please let the instructor know. To protect everyone in the studio and their belongings, doors lock after 5 minutes. After that time, you’ll forfeit your session.

Audriaunna Burgos

Yoga Director | Reiki Master | Certified Colon Hydrotherapist

Audriaunna Burgos has been teaching yoga since 2017, accumulating nearly 2,000 hours of instruction across diverse settings. Her passion for holistic wellness and personal growth has led her to complete numerous trainings, including YogaFit Level I, 200-hour RYT (Pure Light Yoga), and Usui Reiki Levels I, II, and Master Level III.

Audriaunna is the founder of Prima Elements Yoga University, where she develops curriculum and leads a variety of training programs. She also serves as the Yoga Director at Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center, teaching group classes, leading workshops, and supporting private clients in their wellness journeys. Her off-site teaching includes partnerships with Fayetteville State University, where she leads yoga classes for intramural sports and athletic teams, and The Capitol Encore Academy, where she shares kids’ yoga.

In addition to her extensive yoga background, Audriaunna is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist and is currently pursuing her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her expertise even further.

Outside of her professional roles, Audriaunna enjoys life as a devoted wife to Adrian and mom to two active children. She finds joy in gardening, preparing whole plant-based meals, sharing time with family and friends, and continuing her studies in natural and holistic health.

Kalei Phree

Kalei, founder and CEO of Phreedom Healing, has devoted her career to helping individuals bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Through extensive studies in Sound Healing, Cognitive Behavior, Neuroplasticity, and Epigenetics, Kalei has mastered the understanding of habits, mental programming, self-awareness, and the art of unlearning. This profound knowledge, combined with her personal life experiences, allows her to deeply connect with people, guiding them in uncovering their authentic selves.

A native of North Carolina, born in Atlanta, GA, Kalei wears many hats—public speaker, entrepreneur, devoted mother to four children, and caregiver to her elderly grandmother. Her work has touched thousands of lives, with her teachings spanning across Aruba, California, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Washington D.C., Maryland, Texas, and beyond. Despite her busy life, Kalei emphasizes the importance of self-care, a value that inspired the foundation of her business. Years ago, she shared her journey on social media, illustrating how her first Tibetan Singing Bowls helped her cope with anxiety and PTSD. This pivotal moment led to the creation of Phreedom Healing, allowing her to channel her passion into a healing practice that has impacted countless lives.
