Audriaunna Burgos

Audriaunna Kitterman has been teaching YOGA  since 2017. Continuing her feed her curiosity resulted in numerous trainings, including Yogafit I, 200 RYT (Pure Light Yoga), Usui Reiki Level 1, 2, & 3/Master. She also teaches at kids yoga at The Capitol Encore Academy in Fayetteville, NC. 

 

When not teaching or learning more about Holistic Health, Audriaunna enjoys being a wife to Adrian and mom to two very busy children, gardening, cooking whole  plant based food, practicing yoga, teaching Reiki Students,  and enjoying friends and family.

Yolanda Davis

Yolanda Davis has been practicing yoga for over 8 years now. She was lead to this practice by seeking balance. Yolanda knows life can busy and stressful but has allowed yoga to be helpful. It brings stillness to the body and quiets the mind. She received her yoga certification at Zenya Yoga Academy in 2019. Yolanda recently moved to the Fayetteville area and hopes to help students in the community find their own yoga journey.

Brianna Thompson

Brianna has been teaching yoga for six years and is passionate about facilitating a yoga space that anyone can come to. She firmly believes yoga is for every BODY.

Her yoga journey is a spontaneous journey. In 2017, it was “love at first flow”. She decided to a month into practicing yoga that teaching yoga was her passion, became certified, and has been holding space for yogis ever since.

Janea

Janea is a 200 HR YRT, with a special focus on Therapeutic practices. She’s passionate about sharing her own practice, knowledge and love for yoga with others. Committed to connect with her community from all walks of life, and offer a sacred space for you in your journey to healing. Janea will meet you with compassion and grace while teaching a variety of classes that are designed to cater to various needs, from Gentle flow, Relaxing Restorative, Mindful Yin to dynamic, energizing Hot Vinyasa. As you connect with her, you will discover the healing effects of mind, body, and spirit connection. Through her guidance, you will learn to embrace the challenges of life with grace and cultivate a sense of inner calm and self awareness.She believes that every person is unique, and her approach is focused on finding the right fit for you, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning.

Janea has gained other Yoga and mindfulness experiences like; Meditation Practices, Chair Yoga, Childrens Yoga, Prenatal, and leading classes in our Military and for our Veterans. Janea is currently pursuing her 300hr YTT and Warriors At Ease certifications, as well as learning to use sound healing in her practice; When she’s not teaching yoga she’s a student of yoga, a homeschool teacher/mother to her two children,relaxing on a beach,off exploring on a hike, or enjoying a cup of tea.

Madelyn Hammer

Mady started yoga as an overwhelmed college student with a busy mind, over time and continued practice, on the mat, she found refresh, renewal, and a deep love for yoga. Mady aims to pass that feeling along to anyone who practices with her as she brings a warm, loving, and fun energy to class. As a yoga teacher Mady hopes to expand her knowledge of the practice and learn a handstand, off the mat Mady works as a clinical mental health counselor, loves to cook, spend time with her family, and go on walks with her english bulldog!
